People who obey traffic rules to be charged for sedition!

The BADU (Bengaluru Automobile Drivers Union) has issued an official warning to those who obey traffic rules yesterday. This came in midst of rising quarrels on the roads, where a few want to obey traffic rules and cause inconvenience to the majority of the driving population here. Below is the excerpt from the press release of BADU: After repeated complaints of a few minority people causing inconvenience to the majority of the driving population by abiding to traffic rules, BADU has decided to take the matter very seriously. This will be the last warning for them. We will not be patient anymore. We have the responsibility to teach them a lesson on the law of the land. Offenders will be punished as follows: 1) BADU members can beat people who obey signals 2) Members can continuously honk if they find anyone obeying rules, so as to alert fellow BADU members 3) Repeat offenders (those who consistently follow the rules) will lose BADU membership and can be charged with sedition This press release has invited a lot of praise across various sections of the society, especially the police. “Yes, this is a great move! The other day during peak hours, I wanted to pee. Since it was very urgent I forgot about the signal and just ran behind a lamp post. When I returned things were normal as if I was standing there. BADU members from all sides were going across, honking and without any hesitation. Imagine if people were actually abiding signals, how long they would have to wait for me!” – he spoke. Though most classes of society has appreciated this move, it has drawn flak from minority section who call themselves as DUMB (Drivers Union of Moot Bengaluru). “We do not object BADU members driving on the footpath, they should not object to DUMB people stopping for red signals!”

IIM Student shocked in Interview – Cries foul!!

Mr. Amit Alagappan, who is one of the many students of the prestigious IIM A has made shocking accusations against a MNC that came for recruitment. Apparently they had asked Mr. Alagappan to recite the Indian National Pledge as part of the interview!! “I was shocked! I do know from Facebook ,Twitter and other social media feeds that Indian Pledge was adjudged as the best by UNESCO, but didn’t really expect someone would ask me to recite it ever, leave alone an interview! This is ridiculous!! Why would I even remember it now – Yeah I do have some vague memory of telling the pledge with keeping one hand in air, back in school assembly days. I am not someone who is not patriotic. I have voted for Indian national anthem, Taj Mahal, National Pledge, some Meenakshi temple from Madras and other Indian things when ever UNESCO conducted polls in social media. And yeah recently, I did raise my voice in Facebook and twitter through sharing posts on elections and raising intolerance. I also ate a piece of beef without telling anyone – isn’t that being patriotic! From when did people start expecting this from IIM grads. Anyway in a couple of years I m gonna apply for L1 and go to US man. There is no pledge there. Already I have started commenting on US politics and economy” – Mr. Alagappan was quoted. He looked visibly shocked and in grief. Mr. Alagappan has received a lot of support from his alumini for his facebook outrage against the MNC through the campaign – “1like/1comment/1share = solidarity” and “#westandwithAlagappan”. Some of them have asked since when did India have a pledge. Some liberals have attacked Modi and RSS for forcing Hindutva by way of National Pledge. One of the supposedly liberal journalist (who is the real reason for R Rajan to flee the country in such a hurry) had tweeted – “I dono national pledge! Modi, can you arrest me?” The MNC issued a clarification statement in its Facebook page and Twitter handle on this whole incident. Excerpts as follows: -“This is all a big misunderstanding. We wanted to try something different during the interviews on this homogeneous crowd. So our human investment consultant had come up with this great idea to filter people.”
